✨ *Introduction:*
Islam is a complete way of life that guides us in every aspect — even something as routine as sleep. In Islam, sleep is not just rest for the body, but also peace for the soul. The Qur'an and Hadith provide clear guidance on how to sleep in a way that brings both physical rest and spiritual benefit.

📖 *The Importance of Sleep in Islam:*
Allah says in the Qur'an:
*"And We made your sleep [a means for] rest."*
(Surah An-Naba: 9)
The Prophet Muhammad ï·º said that even sleep can become an act of worship if done with the right intention — like sleeping to wake up fresh for Fajr prayer.

🌙 *Sunnahs Before Sleeping:*

Sleeping in a state of purity is Sunnah and brings blessings. Angels pray for the person who sleeps with wudu.
2. *Sleep on the Right Side:*
This is the Sunnah posture and is also healthy for the body.
3. *Recite Duas:*
- *"Allahumma bismika amootu wa ahya"*
- Ayat-ul-Kursi
- Surah Ikhlas, Falaq, and Nas (3 times each)
4. *Dust Off the Bed:*
The Prophet ï·º used to dust the bed before sleeping.
